4. SMS / Text Message Communications

Go Hard Go Home Entertainment Group LLC operates an SMS messaging program through GH Entertainment. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of ticket purchase, event attendance, or any other service we provide.

What we send: If you opt in, you will receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from GH Entertainment. Messages may include event announcements, ticket confirmations, venue changes, schedule updates, promotional offers, and discount codes. Message frequency varies (approximately 4 messages per month).

How to opt in: You must actively check the SMS consent box on our website signup form. This checkbox is unchecked by default. Submitting the form without checking the SMS box does not enroll you in text messaging.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to cancel. You may also opt out by emailing info@gohardgohome.us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
