Welcome to GH Entertainment! Please take the time to carefully read and fully understand our Terms of Service before participating in any of our events. By attending, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below, ensuring everyone has a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience.

GH Entertainment is a DBA of Go Hard Go Home Entertainment Group LLC, a licensed hospitality group based in The Colony, Texas.

At GH Entertainment, we are unwavering in our commitment to creating a secure and welcoming environment for everyone. Our professional security personnel are readily available to address any concerns, particularly those related to harassment, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior. Our gatherings are private and designed exclusively for individuals aged 21 and above. They are centered around cutting-edge house music in a vibrant, inclusive setting where mutual respect is paramount. In our community, everyone is equal—respect is a two-way street, and we welcome you with open arms.

By RSVPing, and/or Purchasing, and attending GH Entertainment events, you agree to the following terms:

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct. GH Entertainment reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual from the event if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or in violation of our community standards. We do this at our discretion to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees.

All ticket purchases are final and non-transferable. In the unlikely event that an event is postponed or canceled, GH Entertainment will issue refunds minus any non-refundable fees incurred during the purchase process, including processing fees, ticketing platform fees, and payment processor fees, which are disclosed at checkout. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to adhere to these terms.

By attending our events, you acknowledge that GH Entertainment, its employees, venue partners, contractors, and organizers will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to your person, vehicle, or belongings. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and personal items.

Participation in our events carries inherent risks, including but not limited to severe injury, permanent disability, paralysis, or even death. These risks may arise due to your own actions, the actions of others, the physical environment of the event, or unforeseen circumstances. By attending, you accept and assume full responsibility for any losses, costs, or damages that come from your involvement.

You hereby release, discharge, and agree not to pursue legal action against GH Entertainment, its owners, administrators, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, venue operators, and any other affiliates (collectively known as "Releasees"). This release extends to any claims, demands, or damages arising from ordinary negligence or other causes during the event.

In the event that you or someone on your behalf files a claim against any of the Releasees, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold them harmless from all litigation expenses, attorney fees, liabilities, damages, or costs that may result from such a claim. This includes any related claims that come up from your participation in the event.

Our events may include flashing lights, strobe effects, and other visual stimuli that could potentially trigger seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy. By attending, you confirm that you are in good health and not participating against medical advice. You take full responsibility for managing your health conditions in such environments.

Separately from these Terms, you may choose to opt in to receive text messages from GH Entertainment by submitting the SMS signup form on our website and checking the consent box. SMS enrollment is never a condition of ticket purchase or event attendance.

If you opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from GH Entertainment (a DBA of Go Hard Go Home Entertainment Group LLC). Messages may include event announcements, ticket confirmations, venue changes, schedule updates, promotional offers, and discount codes. Message frequency varies (approximately 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. You may also opt out by emailing info@gohardgohome.us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We may share this data only with service providers that operate our SMS program (such as our SMS platform provider, Twilio) and as required by law.

Event Modifications: GH Entertainment reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms of Service at any time.

Attendees will be notified of any significant changes.

Intellectual Property: Any media captured at GH Entertainment events, including photos, videos, and audio recordings, is for personal use only. Commercial use of such media without prior written consent from GH Entertainment is strictly prohibited.

Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct, which emphasizes respect, inclusion, and the well-being of all participants. Any violation may result in immediate expulsion from the event.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your attendance at GH Entertainment events will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas.
